Golden Computer Centre - If you are visiting Apliu Street because of the electronics on offer in the flea market, then you are sure also to be interested by this arcade selling computers, computer parts, and accessories. The centre is two adjoining, but not interconnected, malls at 152 Fuk Wa St, Hong Kong. The majority of such buildings in Hong Kong have been enclosed while this one retains the original openness than in the 1930's when it was built made it a cool and fashionable building. Now part of the Hong Kong Baptist University the building is not open to the public but it's fascinating architecture can be well appreciated from the exterior. Situated on the corner of Lai Chi Kok road and Tong Mi Road it is 300 meters along Poplar Street from the south end of Apliu Street. Guided tours by appointment are available twice a day in the afternoon, enquire with the university for details. http://scm.hkbu.edu.hk/lsc/en/index.html
